A lot to love with Pedlar, but why is he always looking so puffed? I mean always. He’s heaving for breath.

Just looks exhausted so often.

I don't know if it is just me, but I observe that Pedlar does well when he gets space on an opponent, but in the contest he does not do so well. Considering his body is prone to injury, this vulnerability to contested work does not bode well. Thoughts would be appreciated.

Every quarter he played was a wasted opportunity. As it happens he played 5 games at 58% TOG, which is 70% of ANB’s average. So it’s not as little as you seem to be trying to imply. That would have been a nice taste for a fit and in form kid. But you keep excusing us blowing these opportunities, we’ve been doing it for years and it’s definitely paid off so far.

His fall off after 4 goals against Collingwood was incredible. Hopefully the club has done some looking into why.

The whole side fell off after that.

Fogarty is one of those players who relies on the team functioning well for him to play well. He'll contribute strongly in a functional team, but he won't put the team on his shoulders and drag them over the line.

The only reason you suggest Jones has a higher ceiling is due to where he was picked in the draft. There's nothing he's shown at AFL level to suggest otherwise.

I agree. Jones has excellent tools - fast, skilled by foot, strong at the contest - but it feels like it's never clicked. He doesn't quite seem to either have a strong footy IQ, or if he does he doesn't seem to trust those instincts.
