McLaren need to try and poach Red Bull's strategists. These campaigners are a bunch of utter morons.

Norris wins in P3The dumb f**ks at McLaren never learn. A few times over the last couple of seasons now, that they got their strategy wrong. As soon as I saw Max pit on Lap 7, along with the entire grid but McLaren. I knew there and then, that he was going to end up with the win. Good drive by him, he deserved it. Oscar likely would have won if they pit on lap 7 as well, and Norris may have limited the damage to Max.
Will go down to the final race now, which should be interesting. Norris just needs to do no worse than 2nd I think? If Oscar is second and behind Max late in the race, he will be asked to let Norris pass him.
He was 1 second off a podium. I doubt it was intentionalWas Kimi’s snap oversteer on the penultimate lap real or ‘convenient’?
On current trajectory, you'd think Red Bull will be back next season. Won't be the slow start of this season again. Plus the two McLarens taking points off each other. Max will be feeling pretty confident for 2026, regardless how this season ends. You have to wonder at the courage at RB to piss off Horner at the time; since then it has been a gradual incline with the pace of that car. Take away everything else, that car atm is peaking at the right end of the season with one of thr GOATs driving it.
Going to be an epic weekend whichever way you look at it.
Goodnight
Completely new cars in 2026. End of this year means very little, essentially a hard reset. On current trajectory, you'd think Red Bull will be back next season. Won't be the slow start of this season again. Plus the two McLarens taking points off each other. Max will be feeling pretty confident for 2026, regardless how this season ends.
That being said, Norris will sew up the title with ease. Oscar needs to finish ahead of Max, and Norris to have a shocking race or a DNF, which we know will not happen.
Oscar slips into third place in the odds to win it all now.
Yeah you’re prob right. It’s was just the two oversteer’s in row that looked a little suss.He was 1 second off a podium. I doubt it was intentional
Just like Russell last race, the mercs make a Norris position gain easy.If Kimi moved over there he can GAGF
So trying to unpack it…
Bring both cars in and it’s double stacking dramas
Bring one car in; it’s which car…the race leader or the WDC leader?
Make the choice to leave both out there to avoid both of these two choices
Make the choice to leave both out there believing you’ve made the best call of all the Teams
1. Double stack and it compromises Lando.
2. Pit, and Max stays out and gains track posituon.
Point 2 falls down because of the mandatory stops. Max couldn't put hards on and just drive to the end of the race.
3. Totally inept management,.paralysed with indecision. Compromised by papya rules and their man love for Lando.
Yuki Tsunoda may need to channel his inner Checo Perez and hold up Lando next week.

Yuki would actually be good at that IF he was far enough up the order which he won't be. McLaren strategy is useless. They are botching this so badly haha
