They’re going back to having port in the name of the club so they can sell naming rights to the oval.

Penfolds had to change the name of their fortified product to Club Tawny, but there's no reason why we couldn't call it Club Port - and get Penfolds on board for naming rights :D

Jenny Williams would be in shambles.

Geez the prices are super cheap.

Be nice if they just offered a steak...
They might have a steak of the day and/or roast of the day?

Clearly they've tried to make the meals all super affordable because that is a very cheap menu by current standards. Wont find those prices anywhere. Maybe that's why they've steered away from steak? Can't buy a decent steak for under $40 these days, unless it's some little tiny thing.

So it isn't changing back to The Port Club?
The same person I overheard saying we would move to focusing on good pub fare also said it was changing to The Port Club.

It is probably just a timing thing with replacing signage etc.

Pub grub without a steak option is ridiculous.
The only steak is part of the mixed grill but surely pub classics like Lasagne Spring Rolls and Apple Pie Nachos make up for it.

Mixed grill? I'm in, love a mixed grill!

Can you actually head down for a meal and watch training?

I thought the sessions were basically closed?

If so I’m gonna head down with a mate given the new menu and prices.
