yep..all went well - not great, but well.
trick is to add the egg and mix it in well but quickly.
still need more practice thats for sure

Carbonara does NOT have cream in it. Eggs, extra yolks and pecorino cheese, or parmesan will do, plus pepper and pasta water. Thats it. No cream farkin.

I used to as well. If you do it properly, it comes out creamy without it.
