Yes I’m biased but I honestly think Van Dijk is the best CB the league has ever seen to the point that it’s not even debatable. I’ve never seen anyone like him.
I’d have John Terry a clear second but then the rest aren’t even worth talking about.

Probably the best round of the season so far:
Marquee Game:
Aston Villa v Arsenal (a rare game where Arsenal could drop points is must watch viewing)
Compelling:
Man City v Sunderland (City should be able to keep the pressure on the Gunners)
Bournemouth v Chelsea (two teams that desperately need a bounce back win)
Fulham v Crystal Palace (after the 4-5 City game how could you not be interested in Fulham)
Watchable:
Tottenham v Brentford (purely to see the Frank reception)
Leeds v Liverpool (Time is running out for the Reds to salvage the season and Leeds will be full of belief)
Brighton v West Ham (Important game for each for different reasons but should be a relatively comfortable Seagull win)
Meh:
Everton v Forest
Newcastle v Burnley
Wolves v Man United
