I told you. No one wants Max to succeed more than me. However more surgery on his knee after 2 years out just about. The club will never be transparent but from what I’ve heard if we get 10+ games out of him the club will be amazed this season.

He was also out on the track the day after you posted your ‘inside info’ about him not playing round 1.

Even if he returns to full training at the end of Jan, he will have two months to build a sufficient fitness base to be considered for selection. No chance he plays during the early part of the year.

Further to this the club is not being truthful regarding Liam Henry, who is also a long shot to have an impact on ‘26.

The club should be looking at suing the original surgeon who caused this sh*t fight with King. What a cluster how many op's on that knee is it now, he will riddled with arthritis in 12 months and have to retire.

At this time of year the Membership Dept get to vet the injury lists lol. As someone already pointed out, it was buried in the last sentence of the article. I dont think the fanbase can be blamed for being a little hesitant in 100% believing Max's updates after the saga of last year

He was expected back soon at least 6 times the last 18 months to 2 years

He hasn't played for basically 2 years now. stick a fork in him pay him out and move on from him, wont play another 60 for his career
