Ordinarily yep but our batting order is fragile. If we get knocked over for 250 it’s absolutely game on. Still in our favour but 330 is chasable on what would be a day 4 pitch.

Long long way away from 250 giving us an unassailable lead of 400 at the start of today.

I meant England can get 400 in a chase with just a few more knuckling down.

Archer scored mainly with the soft ball. The key is to see off the new ball as much as we can.

We'd have all taken an 85-run lead at this point yesterday. See off Archer, don't get carried away against Jacks and we'll be fine.

We do struggle to get the tail out and we change our bowling plans ..this is a common issue

Honestly I think Cummins is just average as a captain great player but tactically I would rather smudge

I mean, we're comfortably ahead in the game with the best of the conditions, and a 2-0 lead.

You're not going to win every single hour of a test series, we can probably settle down. This isn't even at all.

A little slow, not necessarily easy to score quickly on but definitely enough pace and bounce to patiently work the field over with.

Yeah exactly. Anything under 400, whilst unlikely, is definitely gettable if you get through the new ball. Lyon is the key because this pitch definitely has Headingly/MCG vibes for the quicks.
