England were certainly better in this Test, and Australia having Cummins and Lyon for an overall stronger team and winning the toss was arguably the difference compared to the first two test.

It's also their first non-Bazball test, which should have been a lesson to England, and Bazball lost them their first two Tests when they had won the toss, played a weaker team. A lesson about Bazball, and a lesson about preparing for the conditions for the first Tests and not playing them new to the conditions.

In past series I often thought "I can respect this player, or that player..." In 2021-22 with the England team confined to their hotels for long periods, obviously that was not going to help them.
