Not many guys average what he has in first class cricket tbh. Good technique, can bowl and fields well. The only thing missing is the performances.

Travis and Marnus can bowl spin

Marnus has taken 13 wickets in 59 tests, at an average of 61. He’d be good for 3-4 overs at best as a novelty factor, and then only if Australia is in dire straits.

I can bowl spin aswell.

Trav's bowling average is 36. Not bad for someone who doesnt bowl much.

I hope Green can find some form, but if he continues to struggle surely it's going to be hard to lock him into the side going forward - especially when the other guy who got a chance earlier this year really didn't put a foot wrong

Graeme Hick was a phenomenal County cricket batsman, and made an absolute mountain of runs in that format. Unfortunately he was rarely able to replicate that level of success when he entered the test arena.

Regrettably Green looks like being in the same category. Would love to see him prove me wrong though.
