I feel like Watson is really underrated. He averaged in the high 30's when opening or batting at #3. He would also bowl on a good line and length and keep an end quiet.
I wouldn't have any problems with Green being picked if his bowling was at the same level as Watson's. Green can bowl fast, but doesn't often look like he is a wicket taking threat.

He can bowl that line and length, watch a shield game once in a while. For some ridiculous reason, they seem to want him to bowl this short crap in the test side. They set fields for it and ask him to bowl short. Whatever the case, he got Johnny Bairstow stumped with the ball of the century.

Really only bowled short pitched to a plan to get batsmen out. Really showed nothing that threatened batsmen with conventional deliveries.

Doggett has been pretty bad other than the 1st Test not surprising.

He's been solid enough domestically to earn the call up, but didn't do enough to hold his spot

Not sure the bowling plans and field really suited him at times but you've still got to take your chances when they come

But at the end of the day, he's got a baggy green, played in 2 Ashes winning tests and that's something that'll never be taken away from him
