Woah they beat the bat a handful of times in a dayWhat about the dozen times we've seen the bowler beat the bat? Listen, maybe test cricket isn't for you. What time's the clown cricket on tonight? You can put your buckethead on and settle in for that
peak test cricket. tbh I believe that the visiting team should be given the choice - ie do away with the toss completely - this will eliminate gaming by home team groundskeepersI didn't realise until just now that England won the toss 4/5 this series.

David Mitchell's written a book about his love for cricket.
Seems like joe root is the last remaining batter who has the temperment and the skills to score a double or triple hundred in a test match.
You really don't come across as all that patient tbf mateWoah they beat the bat a handful of times in a daypeak test cricket.
I ****ing hate t20 bet you'd love it tho it's all about the batters doing what they want and bowlers are irrelevant seems to be your favourite type of cricket
Him and Robert Webb did one of my favourite comedy sketches about cricket by two guys that don't know much about cricket.
pocket size grounds where any slog = 6 is a little different to full size groundApart from the guy who was the fourth wicket to fall in this innings who scored one a little over a year ago against Pakistan

Green might be a handful in these conditions, the ball seems to be zipping about (trying to be positive haha)

With the amount of playing and missing going on, we probably nick a lot of them and are bowled out for 200
We peaked with "It's a big ad"Man, I find the cricket ads absolutely embarrassing this year. They were never great, but this season’s are unimaginably abysmal. Westpac are the biggest culprits. Whoever came up with the idea of our cricket stars barging into people’s homes or offices and yelling like dimwitted arseholes really should be fired immediately. It’s just dire.
KFC is slightly more bearable, but it weirdly continues the trend of our cricketers being presented as annoying rude pricks who steal and/or knock food out of spectators’ hands. It’s… not funny or clever or cool. At all.
The one Toyota ad I always see mercifully moves away from showing our cricketers as absolute psychopaths, but manages to be just as viscerally annoying. And not only annoying but deeply embarrassing for everyone involved. It just makes me feel sorry for poor Glen McGrath.
These ads are so aggressively awful that I’m actually surprised it’s not a bigger deal.
