Basically when it suits the narrative is when its ok to take your legal weapon. If it was a MAGA person killed by ICE under Biden directive in exactly the same circumstance, even Pretti himself, they would say they are being hunted, everything was legal.

Even resisting arrest is a thin argument. They had no legal jurisdiction to come at Pretti the way they did. Plus they pepper sprayed him with no warning after he went to help a women. You can see he had backed up and complied. They pushed the women over violently, he ran over to help. The agent got his knickers in a twist and followed Pretti over immediately and without warning sprayed pepper spray in his face which is not an actual move and requires a warning. There is every likelyhood Pretti in pain could only focus on holding onto his phone and didnt understand what anyone was saying. They then started beating him, he was being pistol wipped. Like at no stage would I say they attempted to arrest him they wanted his phone.

But I don't think there is quite a parity there.

Retail (and numerous other professions) cop isolated incidents of violence which while never acceptable probably aren't on a par with organised groups following you around, obstructing your work, waiting to try and spot a mistake to expose you to the world. Like Police, they must go into each day not knowing if the next job ends ok or in bloodshed on either side.

I just dont see the parity there.

Well, if I had been a dodgy doctor, yelling at patients for no reason, actively harming them I would expect organised groups to be monitoring if I was doing my job correctly. In this case, other staff member.

With Noem is blaming Miller for her making her statement and Miller is now trying to pass it on to Bovino and the ICE agents on the ground, I would say they are coming to the realisation they messed up and trying to throw each other under the bus.

I can't help to think that Pretti would have still labelled a domestic terrorist or painted as someone intent on mass killing if there wasn't video of every conceivable angle to the shooting and the lead up to it.

I have no doubt with ICE/homeland security leading the investigation into itself (conflict of interest) that the investigation would be manipulated to match the predetermined narrative from Noem and Miller if there wasn't so much video evidence made public.

Due to the video evidence it gives the investigators very little wiggle room to manipulate the investigation to suit the narrative.

Department of Homeland Security through that attachment have agreed he wasnt brandishing a gun ie an investigation that shows it wasnt self defence. Unless you can come up with a reason then your claim of self defence is invalid
