Better late than never, but you have to wonder how effective it can be now we're into the season proper. Time for this would have been from the first day of post season last year.I can feel a calf injury coming on

It's crazy he runs as fast as he does with such poor mechanics. Must be putting out a lot of power.I see it but i dont believe it! Dorsiflexion!!
He is trying to run in a way that protects his hammies. Lifting his toes up.
His right side was better than the left.
Also low leg recovery and a shorter stride.
It is also is a faster action. If he can maintain this technique under pressure he will both protect the hammies and run faster.
He will need constant reminders to keep doing it. Takes a while for it to become habit and muscle memory to take over.

I had to fully remodel my running for PHT and everything you describe is what I was ordered to do. Front side mechanics baby.
Who says we haven'tGet a room you two.

Did you consider an elite trainer that does all kinds of athletes may have been... unavailable?Better late than never, but you have to wonder how effective it can be now we're into the season proper. Time for this would have been from the first day of post season last year.

Based on Sunday and spurts of last year potential might already be met. The easier bit, effort and defence, is what needs to be maintainedThe five interchange bench might help him. Lot easier to carry a low tog mid. Keep him fresh with short bursts.

Potential A grade calibre midfield.
Can’t wait to see them in the team together, fit and firing.
A lot of people implying that plane trips are bad for hamstrings. Has this been confirmed anywhere in scientific literature? The damage control the club would have to go into if George re-injures a hammy after being put on a plane over to Perth would be next level. Set your sights on round 3, young man.
So now science is important.A lot of people implying that plane trips are bad for hamstrings. Has this been confirmed anywhere in scientific literature?
I think people are just voicing the general principle of not adding any additional potential stressors to his recovery at this point, where waiting one week avoids all of that.A lot of people implying that plane trips are bad for hamstrings. And 6 day break after Perth leading into ESS game. Combine the 2 and it makes perfect sense to rest him and let him loose on the Dons.I think people are just voicing the general principle of not adding any additional potential stressors to his recovery at this point, where waiting one week avoids all of that.
I CBF in linking to various sources, but yes, it has.A lot of people implying that plane trips are bad for hamstrings. Has this been confirmed anywhere in scientific literature?
I was planning a a similar comment overnight, you beat me to it. I totally agree what you just said, he should not play! If he does play, then it's going to be a risk. O'all wise, he should strengthen the specific muscles stronger.A lot of people implying that plane trips are bad for hamstrings. Has this been confirmed anywhere in scientific literature?
