7 zooper dooper fairy floss force fields

1254.4 kJ
0.9g protein
76.6g sugar (10.9g of sugar each)

Typically you want under 10% of your daily kJ. Average male = 8700 kJ a day -> 870 kJ from sugars. 17 kJ per gram of carbohydrates so the average should be around 51.176 grams. Therefore McKay is over. BUT McKay isn't the average male.

Height 201cm
Weight ~100kgs
Activity - heavy
Male
21

= estimated energy requirement of 18392 kJ
= basal metabolic rate of 9196 kJ (so big he burns more than the average male if he didn't move haha) - Basal metabolic rate is the rate of energy expenditure per unit time by endothermic animals at rest.

18392 / 10 = 1839.2 kJ. 1839.2 / 17 = 108.188g of sugar allowed for McKay

Therefore, McKay can have another 2.92 Zooper Doopers without the sugar police (tazaa ) cracking down on him.

That would be the dream. Being able to eat that much daily. I can see why footballers can stack on weight after their careers.

Yep. Hard transition for some. Even when injured. Knowledge and awareness help but that first year would be a struggle if your body is run down and you just want a break etc.

Jesus.

The kid is 21.

Think on that.

TWENTY-ONE
Judd won a Brownlow in his third year.

Ben has had 3 years with little to show for it but a nationally televised concussion.

GET. RID. OF!

hahaha yeah exactly why i was asking also have him on my fantasy bench, thanks mate

The kids a beast at the moment. Is ready to play but may need another season dipping the toes.

Can see someone else getting dropped instead of him when Scooter comes back into the side, I'd say Macmillan is on the cusp of being outside of the best 22.

This all depends on how he fares in his actual debut, I prefer to forget that Brisbane game for him.

I sort of agree except I think MacMillan is deeply entrenched in our back 6. The most likely thing if McKay & the other defenders play well, Scooter will find himself trying to force his way in through the VFL. Imo Scooter is competing with EVW for his spot. Or if Williams is struggling they’ll move Mcdonald, EVW or even Atley as a lockdown back pocket.

At 200cm McKay won’t be in competition with rebounding defenders.

I know we played 3 talls in a 7 man defence last year, and now Maj is out the spot seems open, but with the new zoning I’m not sure 7 man defences will stack up.

In my very uninformed opinion, if a team goes with an extra in defence this year, they’ll have to be a very fit creative type.

Did anyone happen to see the write up Ben got in the Hun’s Top 50 things to look forward to in 2019? I quickly passed over his name and forgot to go back to read it

Dibs!
23. BEN MCKAY

The unfortunate situation surrounding Majak Daw gives Harry’s brother his chance to shine as Daw’s replacement at the Kangaroos. Just one game for the 21-year-old so far but he and 2017’s top-10 pick Luke Davies Uniacke get a chance to cement spots in the Roos line-up.

Seriously what do their parents look like? Wonder if the clubs forecast them building up like this so quickly?

You wouldn't normally have a couple of 200cm kids drafted as AFL prospects looks like this by 20.

I'd need to get to 200 cm to look like that..Im sorta short for my weight at the moment
