Colouring-in books will be next!

In all seriousness, this is quite an accurate observation even though you didn’t know it. Integral part of Richmond Man this year. All to do with left and right brain aspects. Honoured to be in sessions where players explained their drawings on certain topics. That’s all I’ll say.

No he wasn't, he was rested v the Gold Coast then against bombers he played 81% of game time followed by 78% the week after, we then had the week off before the QF then had another week off before the prelim he hardly was hardly run down.
Maybe he was carrying some niggles into the finals because he wasn’t playing with his normal intensity during the finals series.
I’m not sure what the perfect workload is for a guy like Nank over th home and away season. He obviously has a massive tank which allows him to manage 90% of the ruck work but perhaps if we were to reduce that to 70-80%, he’d be a lot healthier at the business end of the season

Yes. I know that colouring-in books are popular in management in all fields these days.
That's why I mentioned it.
To keep the players refreshed through the course of a long year.
On a different note, I notice catastrophic injuries at other teams due to aggressive training drills, now the Western Bulldogs.
Best wishes.

Johannisen has an ankle injury from a strong tackle in match sim. Out for 6 weeks apparently and had only just progressed out of rehab into full training this week.

Numbers say he was still having an impact, we had top 2 sown up a long way from home and if the club felt Nank was on fumes they would've played Soldo with him for the last 4 games until finals but the fact they didn't says Nank was fine. Him missing the GC game was common sense IMO because that ground was like concrete ( that was my impression when i walked on it after that game ), maybe that was the game to rest our midfield because Lambo, Cotch, Dusty all got sore during or after that game.

But in the end it mattered little because we had a mare across the whole ground on prelim night.

No, they have to wait until we've done it for a year so the f**kwits in the media will think it's their own idea.

You lost me. What does 'flick over the centre line' mean, and how does it prevent the ruckman jumping on him?
It means when the ball is bounced or thrown up, a ruck can cross the centre line, take away to room for the other to run and jump up, thereby make it a contest with both rucks on the ground.
