With hindsight you’d have to say that everything the Lakers have done in the past 12 months has been to the detriment of the team.

The 4 year Lebron contract taking him through to 37 years old is too much. He has no passion for the team and him shopping around all the younger players during trade period has completely destroyed team chemistry. The Lakers had a good young core before he joined but this season they are disillusioned and likely pissed off with management.

That’s just 1 signing. The trades they’ve made have set them back further. Magic has potentially set this team back years.
