Ran a really nice race 2 starts ago when second to Nature Strip in Melbourne on a hard surface. Gets a wet track this time, so can see it improving enough to be real threat today.

No idea, was on BSB in Sydney.

The theory they were spruiking is it's hard for horses in the slipper to cover ground the whole race and win, even with the history of wet tracks

Two bets for me today - Dealmaker 1x3 EW in the Rosehill Guineas and a small place-multi Midterm/Ringer/Dealmaker.

Toyed with backing Midterm as well but squibbed it, think he should go pretty well though.

That's what I was working with, he's had a really nice prep for this. Some query at the trip, but I think they'll just go steady here and he might be able to outsprint the Derby types.
