Every second posession is a panicked tap-on/kick-off-the-ground cause the players are unwilling to take the hit to take posession.

I thought that the game was more like the round football game. I think Richmond are quick and deliberately wait for the opposition player to take the ball to half tackle and put pressure on. They did it with us. I am not surprised the response was to kick off the ground.
