What I want to know is why do we apparently have no money and yet we're into Perryman? I just don't understand it. Especially since we're keen to keep Hayward. Do we have the money for both of them plus re-sign Logan or is Perryman our Hayward back up? You'd think if we can't afford to keep Hayward then it wouldn't be enough to entice Perryman. Or do we just not rate Hayward as much as everyone else? Do we have the cash, we're just holding off from offering it because he's not worth it? It's all very confusing
Who from the Swans has said we're into Perryman ? , or are you reading content shite

We only ever get our info from the media. But to that point, the media are saying we have a cap squeeze and that we're into Perryman. So which one is it?

Wouldn't mind Perryman if we are into him. Horse loves utility players and Perryman can be used across the ground. And if he wants to be a flag chance staying at one of the Sydney clubs make sense.
From what I have read he wants to stay at GWS anyway. Whether they can offer him a decent contract or not who knows.

Perryman is possibly a bit cheaper, don't know for sure but only speculating there.

Do you think Parker could be a trade piece if he can't break into the side?

Absolutely not. Even if he doesn't play a game (he will), you keep these players for depth reasons alone. Adams is hardly Mr Most Durable and he'd be the best replacement for him. Who knows what is happening with Sheldrick too despite contracted.

Honestly I think they're in the same range given Will's demand and Parryman's unrestricted status.

Maybe there’s a difference in what we can offer in terms of what Hayward is getting elsewhere and if Perryman comes for the same amount as Hayward is getting now.

Carlton might have to pony-up $5 million to secure Sydney free agent Will Hayward, given the price for the medium-sized forward is likely to hit $800,000 a season.

Port Adelaide is keen to lure him across the border so with the bidding war fierce, Carlton might need to offer a deal of $750,000-$800,000 a year over six years to get him to move south. It would result in an end-of-first-round compensation pick for Sydney.

Sydney would be unlikely to match a bid of that size, especially given they would secure a quality free agency compensation pick.
