Good blend of vets and young blokes.

Barnett, Gross and Petch named on ball, just shows you how much we need to invest in on ballers in the offseason.

I’m hoping Chesser and Long get a run through there on Saturday.

driving from to Lathlain to Joondalup for work would certainly be on brand for Perth

Reminder that the WAFL Eagles play on Saturday against Subiaco at Sullivan Logistics Stadium (Leederville Oval) at 2:30pm AWST. Coverage via 7+.

The weather forecast for Saturday is fairly reasonable with partly cloudy conditions expected and a maximum of 19 degrees. The chance of rain tomorrow is 10% so rather unlikely we'll see any rain on the day.

There's no free to air game this week with all visual coverage via 7+ only.

If we don't pumped Subiaco then its a serious indictment on our List Management over the previous seven years or so (I'm not blaming MC, it's before him).

We've got 17, yes 17 AFL-listed players playing today. Some need to demonstrate why they were drafted in the first place, and give 110%.

A marginal player currently working of form in the WAFL would have to have an epiphany of form to dislodge McCarthy, Ginbey, Baker and coy. Great to have competition now

Duggan is the one who’s spot should be under pressure, but he is insulated by being captain (and to a lesser extend our need to manage our age profile).

Grego has shown enough to put pressure on, but will be hard for him to break in. More likely he would come in for Allan if Allan has a game that puts his spot under pressure.

JWill could play and be fresh as a daisy. Champion played half a game and that is probably enough for him.
