I’d swap him for Barrat or add Hawks 2R
for Wilson but his last game really ****ed that up.

Tbf we would probably take Steele in a straight swap, but the $ is the problem, even if we don't have anyone else to throw money at we don't need 2 TK's running around (washed, big money mid that is clocked out). Would love to throw even more at Windy at get him to come if anything. Would probably have to give up extra like an f3 on top of Ryan or some swaps, but he would probably be infinitely more useful to us due to age, culture value, and even current ability.

Sounds like a sacking to me. You don't pay out contracts if somebody resigns. Maybe he didn't get along with McQualter.

Saints can afford to lose him as also have Dodson.
