Got $490 x 5 taken out so I am assuming we’re level 1 goal. Absolutely ecstatic as I haven’t been to a GF since 09!

Is it safe to assume that level 1 goal will be on the Geelong cheer squad side from anyone’s previous experience?

I got two restricted view seats, could anyone let me know how bad those actually are?

You could be lucky. We got restricted viewing seats on the end of isle in Ponsford stand in 1994. The isle opposite was full price. Only missed about 10 metres on boundary line in front of AFL members.

Yeah my wife is AFL gold, we're driving to Adelaide today so we are trying to time things do we can be somewhere with good wifi around 1:30 to join the queue before it all kicks off at 2pm.

Don’t stress - Cats and Lions only have a few thousand gold members combined, and we are the only ones who have access at 2pm.

When we played Swans in 2022 it took me less than 60 seconds to get tickets - expecting a similarly easy process today.

I'm in the same boat. I have 4 priority 1 (guaranteed) tickets in the ballot, but I haven't received any notifications from Ticketek via text or email. I did get a message from Ticketek yesterday saying, "Please ensure you have funds on your nominated card as the ballot will be processed today."

I didn't get any failed transaction notifications from the bank (ING)

Very much freaking out as there is nobody to contact at the club or Ticketek today!!

Is there anyone at the club that can be contacted today?? Ticketek has no customer support on a Sunday.

Can’t answer your question I’m afraid but have seen other P1 on Facebook who also haven’t had funds debited as of this morning - am sure it will get worked out.

My family purchased 7 x Grand Final package tickets through North Melbourne with the GF Morning Breakfast included. I'm beginning to think it's not that random.

Though in the last 2 GF's I've registered just with my membership which likely makes it easier, previous to that I always registered with a 2nd barcode and have been successful every time.

A. Yes, but only on team boards and with consent of the board moderators.

The AFL Grand Final is a protected event under legislation and tickets are only permitted to be advertised/sold at no more than 10% of their face value.

GF Tickets advertising at more than 10% above their face value will be deleted when spotted. Continuance of any practice may result in account permanent bans.

Did anyone here unsuccessful in the ballot get a text from Ticketek reminding them to have sufficient funds on their nominated card at the start of the day.

Reas on the Lions forum that everybody in the ballot gets that text but have not read that in the terms and conditions.

Seems silly to message 80000 people to check their accounts when only 35000 tickets go out.

You guys being a day ahead in this process may be able to provide an answer.
