Well tbh most people dont know how to say their own name. In this case its been australianised by the family. It hasn’t made up random shit. It’s given the phonetic version of the name as it's supposed to be said in language of origin. Look up your own surname and see what it says. Learn something... ffs

You should take a look at Marsh's highlights from this year, and then go find Will Day's West Adelaide clips.

Those 2 could be brothers in terms of how they look and move as 17 year olds. Playing style is different, and position obviously, but both 191cm, fluid athletes, good aerial players with long rangy limbs but tidy kicking motions.

Both also look like they need to spend 2 years on a high protein diet. If anything Marsh is probably a step ahead in terms of muscle mass. But neither look like Dan Curtin thats for sure.

I've watched Mitch from under 8's and ill be optimistic that he can become Will Day 2.0.. as a kid equal in size to others he dominated as a midfielder.

His father (Big Ben) also feels Mitch has only just started to get confident in the last year after a growth spurt and when he adds strength he might get back to the position he loves most.

Marsh is giving me (Adel) Tom Lynch vibes. I don't think he'll be a key forward I think he'll be that connector player that can also be the third tall when needed.

I don't think he currently fits our list needs, but it may be a case of Best Available at our pick and it could well be him.

Im not a body language expert, but I dont see an overly driven kid with Tyler.

I see an ex man-child who dominated 15 year olds. And a player who will probably get paid well to dominate Amateur leagues in 2 years time.

But right now I struggle to see a impact player at SANFL level, let alone AFL

Not nearly as advanced as his brother physically or game wise so still plenty of potential upside. Very quick but very lightly built so I anticipate he'd take time. Wing would probably be where he started IMO. I doubt we'd look at him with our 1st but he'd certainly interest us if he happened to be there at our 2nd pick (very doubtful).

One year at the club, his first year was under-age as a sanfl-player. So this is was his first year in the afl system and he was injured for a lot of it.

Don't entirely disagree about him being unlikely to make it but let's be fair.
