No Maxwell and I would play Dixon before Short because he might play Test cricket for Australia one day where as I can guarantee you that Short will not.

Not sure about Dixon after his performance with the bat in the current 2nd 11 game v WA and short term we play Mc Donald in his place but long term I still rate as a future test player.

Never realised that,watched that 2nd 11 game at Ringwood yesterday for an hour and a half and saw MacDonald bat.I agree.

Scored a club ton on the weekend which would be good for his confidence given his lack of shield runs of late.

Some one is going to be unlucky.Could be 1 of the fast bowlers,Short or even Murphy and Dixon but if Dixon weakens the batting.
