Do you use an easel or a flat surface?

Flat but I believe Santa is getting me an easel as it might also help with my back problems

Just made a couple of dozen of these for family Xmas Dinner at the in-laws tonight.

Get to do it all again tomorrow morning for Xmas Lunch at my son's new house.

My Xmas sweets option ended up being Coles chocolate cupcakes - at $1.40 for a 4 pack yesterday evening I couldn't pass up on them

With a side of St Remys cream, it went down pretty well

I was given a variety pack of macarons, plus a bag of rum 'n' raisin chocs, a box of Turkish delight (a friend always gives me one, after I chose a TD Favourite once... ), some Belgian seashells, chocolate Christmas tree cookies and Walker's Cranberry and Clementine Shortbread.

I had said I preferred consumables to "things" as gifts
