Yep, and that's why they were delisted.

Although another team who would be expecting to contend for the flag saw enough in Cox to give him a Contract...

Like Membrey?

Older players give you a bit of insurance especially if you have no young talent.

Nothing is credible, the game is impossible to analyse, time to shut BF down
Nah, it's where you need to refer to the Fadgelow - the most unbiased Rating System around, and exclusive to BigFooty!

4 x interstate players in the top 6 of the Fadgelow, despite only one interstate team making it to the Preliminary Finals.

What are you basing that on champ? 😆
Played in 4 x finals as a 20 and 22 year old, carrying injuries which would have prohibited him from playing lesser games, and consistently amongst the best players on the ground in all four finals...

I wish every player on our list was that 'average' in finals...

The injury narrative and one free kick away.

Can’t choose a favourite

Not yet.

Can still win the flag in 2026.

More towards the back end of the 2020s for a full rebuild.

Still doing things on the run.

Because Daicos is so much better than them.

That's what happens when you're the best player in the game.
Nick is going to be a victim of his own
off the charts football mastery unfortunately, as far as individual honours go , but that's ok , I and all other supporters of the Black and White , care and bask in the glory of team success.

Give me another 'superstar' of the modern era who hasn't been in the best-2 players on the ground in their first 7 x finals. It's quite a finals resume - or lack of it - for a GOAT contender. I wonder why he can't turn H&A form into the finals...a genuine quandary. But I do admit, with the 2025 PF on the line, I did enjoy the zero kicks attained by the 'GOAT' in the entire last quarter...zero...nada....not a kick.

Dustin Martin was not in the best 2 players on the ground in a final in his first 4 seasons, so there's one 😆

I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Were the Tigers players in Las Vegas or Europe at the time?

Remember how much people laughed at your Fadgelow thread results, then I provided a far more objective analysis? Daicos has still not been the best player in the comp over a single season. Revisit that thread if you've forgotten all about it.
Yes, 'objective'.

If Daicos hasn't been the single best player in a given season, it is astounding that he's been the short priced Brownlow Medal favourite for 90% of the time since about round 6 of 2023, and had far more podium finishes in the major awards than any other player in the competition since 2023.

Must be the bookies taking the p1ss out of MuG PuNTeRZ.

I said a couple of years ago that 2026 would be the year where Daicos breaks through and has his first year as undisputed best performer of the season. I think this year he really will crack it. However he hasn't yet.
