For curiosity sake how would you rate these all on a scale of '1 to Hawthorn and Chris Fagan allegedly trying to get Aboriginal fetuses aborted'?

For me I'd have them around a one or a two on the '1 to Hawthorn and Chris Fagan allegedly trying to get Aboriginal fetuses aborted' scale. 👩‍🍼

Out of curiosity, can you point out where I mentioned or defended Hawthorn and Fagan for anything? Perhaps, just maybe, I was merely pointing out another defensive double standard Geelong supporter that was throwing stones in glass houses.

Smart coach, but that greasy hair and caveman facial hair sucks badly - absolute try-hard.
I'm around Chris Scott's age (half ton), and like him I have a fabulous full head of hair.

When you have a lovely bouffant of hair at this age you have to honour it with some product. Use it or lose it.

Especially around the ladies...

.... and my bald mates. :p

In all seriousness, I actually don't know why more coaches don't take more time off like this.

The season is long and stressful in a high pressure environment as it is.

It's not as if he has to be there to measure skin folds or hold the stop watch for time trials, this time of year is more about getting the players physically ready ie miles in the legs and strength work.

Only if you want to look like you work at Roger David….😆🕺🏻

Like I said, he is smart, or at least ‘self-aware’.

He’d know the risk factors - him, Voss, Hardwick, Beverage, Buckley, Macrae, Clarkson & Kingsley all look after themselves - whilst Cox & Lyon and maybe Fagan are dead set in the red zone.

When you're a professional you don't need to spend a lot of time around the club or the players. It's what you do in the time you have with them that's important.
Here's a representation of the type of standard the players will see from Chris as he takes over the reigns just prior to opening round.

Wouldn’t surprise - has the ego for it and must be bored with trimming his beard and being smarter than Huddo. 🤩

Too busy coming up with plans to dismantle WA, it seems 🥳
Not really.

What he was tasked to come up with a plan for was taking a side of Victoria's best up against a rag-tag bunch of players from WA, and somehow manufacture a contest that would enable the media and AFL to continue to sell the concept to fans and other parties, such as state governments, in order to host it in the future.

The game followed the type of pattern that leads one into believing it was contrived. Victoria dominate as you would expect for a portion, and then for whatever reason, WA come back and get within a kick. Then the Vics just flip into action and pile on another five goals before they forget how to play footy and WA charge back. Rinse and repeat. Like an EJ Whittens Legends game.

Looking at the discrepancy in talent on paper, one doesn't come away from a 20-point victory for Victoria as some shining endorsement on the coach or attribute his efforts to the win. I was more so thinking what an incredible stain it would have been to his legacy had WA managed to pip them. Of course, that was never actually at risk of happening, though.

WA could have won or lost by 30 goals and it would have zero impact on Scott's legacy.

We found him, our WORLD championship winning coach is safe.

I had to click "Show ignored content" to see this reply. It reminded me of why I had you on ignore in the first place.

I make a light-hearted joke about Scott's "time away" and you reply with this whiny shit.

World Championship? I don't get it?

If you're adding the kick and giggle from the weekend, I'd probably keep your knickers on. Mark Neeld could've coached the Vics to victory.
As a Hawthorn supporter, I'm sure there's a lot you don't understand

It's similar, I suppose, to Americans and their "world series" baseball
