Tom Blamires, liked his game,he stood out because he understands and executes a concept that his fellow team mates do not understand,a concept called two way running. So who are our culprits.
I thought 25 SSP did much better than the rest of his cohort today.
If I was him, I’d seriously consider not signing on
Like playing poker and picking up 5's, 8's and a King with that lot. Some will be missing for weeks/months, certainly some are just about done and a couple of them were genuinely missed. Some are untried at the level.Absent: Aidan Corr, George Wardlaw, Colby McKercher, Luke McDonald, Charlie Spargo, Luke Urquhart, Zac Fisher, Wil Dawson, Taylor Goad, Blake Thredgold, Paul Curtis, Hugo Mikunda, Josh Goater, Brayden George, Jackson Archer, Matt Whitlock, River Stevens, Zac Banch, Cooper Trembath

He was talking about his portfolio reaching the neutral geared stage.A certain player was behind me today, talking to a couple of supporters. He told them that "it will happen sooner than you think".
And I am sure he believes that.
Not sure he knows how though.
I thought they were pretty quiet today though. I can't even remember seeing Clarry out on the ground.Yeah Imagine when Gawn, Oliver and Petracca come back !![]()
The collective delusion inside the club is at levels unseen since the Manson Family.A certain player was behind me today, talking to a couple of supporters. He told them that "it will happen sooner than you think".

As a former co-captain, and longest serving current player I would think that would be about right. He was talking about his portfolio reaching the neutral geared stage.
I'd put sheez back to where he had impact in his first year. LDU has the moves and can get the ball but I worry about his kicking into the forward line. Simpkin to the seconds. For good. Sounds like George is going to have a Garner type of career. Parker has to be in there but he is close to cooked. So we've gone chips in on a midfield that doesn't run and doesn't understand midfield craft.
Crikey.
The funniest part of him saying something like that is that he has never actually seen that happen. As a former co-captain, and longest serving current player I would think that would be about right.
There were positives from today, the average nut won't have seen that though.
I will do the official match review tomorrow, and yes I had one more beer than we kicked goals.
I was kidding it is something we hear every year that we will be better after the bye. Personally this agreement the AFL has with the Players Association of only 3 on field sessions a week is laughable and part of the reason for our ineptness. Like yourself I am hoping for a better showing next week but not really expecting it.In what year 2026,2030 or 2036 had a belief that today was going to be good competitive game but to witness that with other north supporters was extremely disappointing.
Hopefully a better effort next week.

Adelaide and Hawthorn all improved with less talent and under the same CBA.I was kidding it is something we hear every year that we will be better after the bye. ~Low expectations.
Cool we should translate that into Latin and pop it under our crest.
Aude mediocriaWhere is Tiberius when you need him?
How would you know? You wouldn't have been able to see over the fence...
Should’ve delisted himHe's a genius. Gets $100k an effective disposal.
A genuinely awful footballer. We should have taken the R2, I'll go to my grave thinking that was overs.
