I would love JK out for Banch and Jy out for Hardeman. Maybe more realistic to see Powell for Hardeman. Give Wardlaw a rest. The other of Jy/Powell holding Wardlaws spot for one more week.

Watching the game against Port Jy irritated me. When we were trying to man up he kept not following his man and players like Stephens had to run massive distances to cover him. Against good teams we will get hurt.

I hope Duursma stays in. Looked bought in, made an effort. Showed signs. Dropping him would kill his confidence.

Powell isn't nor will be close to getting dropped. Plays multiple rolls and can hit the scoreboard. Re signed and mentioned a lot about being one of the guys who is ready to start winning now. Will stack up some great numbers this year with the weekend being the starting point

If there's no VFL, it's madness not having CCJ in the emergencies for any interstate game. I just can't see that not happening.

He covers both Xerri and a forward in the event of a training mishap or illness.

CCJ or Goad would have to be an emergency imo, there's not a single player in the side that could fill in for the main ruck, all game, in a pinch or last minute issue with Xerri.

It would have to be Trembath in every center bounce and Darling rucking the entire game around the ground.

Either option messes with the forward setup imo and both of them would be cooked.

You are absolutely inviting disaster exposing Trembath to 30+ center ruck contests and a PCL injury.
