Apparently Hamilton is a heavy smoker. It can lead to wrinkles, sagging skin and a rough, leathery texture. It can affect women more than men. She's got a 'smoker's face'.

You can keep yourself looking good as you age, without cosmetic surgery. I’m living proof of that

Seriously, the well-known people who’ve had it actually spoil their uniqueness. Some become unrecognisable. Priscilla Presley literally can’t move her facial muscles, they’re frozen. Jane Fonda looks amazingly young but she doesn’t look like Jane Fonda. Paul Hogan had some wrinkles ironed out but I believe regretted it.
