To using a racing term, we are down in class this week. The wet weather will help the more mature bodies of the crows.

Odd then that they’re below the Crows on the ladder despite having played the bottom six teams. They beat four of them.

Despite that record, they'll really fancy themselves here. A few "honourable" losses to the likes of the Swans and Lions, so this is a huge opportunity for a scalp outside the bottom 6.

I'm just not sure I'll be brave enough to tip them.

Adelaide get Walker, Fogarty, Ah Chee back from injury.

Adelaide were complacent in the first half vs Richmond before finally waking after halftime and getting the job done with Rankine playing his best game for the season and setting up plays. North are tougher than Richmond, a good attacking side. Both teams are in similar positions, a real 50/50 game here. A must win for Adelaide if they are any chance at returning to the finals because they do have a very tough run ahead after this game. North have dropped 4 of 5 and have never won at Adelaide Oval, 0-13. I think Fogarty returns, not sure about Ah Chee.

It was a very, very wet day. Adelaide were awful and lost their top 4 chance but Carey kicked a crazy soccer goal from the boundry.
