As usual, fashionable early starting this Game Day Thread but its what i do (don't tell me how to bay Footy Is The Win)
The Premiership Favourite Blues by 122 points, King Charles to kick 8 goals of the best quality, and the tears and recriminations from Alberton will ensure after Ken steps...
Cool skateboarder dude: "Yo I just did a wicked 720 backflip sommersault reverse pike spin!"
Random guy: "Oh wow, did you land it?"
Cool skateboarder dude: "Nah, I Sam Walsh'ed"
GOAT = the greatest of all time by the way.
Gary Ablett Jr who is often put in the GOAT discussions at 23 had:
0x Premierships (Walsh is about to get 1)
0 Brownlow medals (Walsh would probably already have 1 if it wasn't for Cripps)
0x Rising Star (Walsh has 1)
0x All Australians (Walsh has 1)...
...against us.
Anyway, enough about that as its only relevant as to why we will beat Port. We have beaten the most Top 4 sides this season and will strenthen our record here.
Port fans to be wishing they had Walsh and requesting a Rozee & Butters straight swap for Walsh and Bootsma by half time.
...1. Green (big, strong, tackles, born leader, kicks goals)
2. Daicos (mercurial, kicks goals)
3. Rowell (arcade mode numbers, coming like a bullet for top position)
4. Walsh (leader & showed last year he is built for the big-time)
5. Gulden (exquisite field kick, strong finals campaign last year)
Both have been close on the best players in this final series, I am a huge fan of Tom Green and Sam Walsh both have such fierce determination when their sides need them, who would you take?
Sad to hear of the passing of former Carlton player Brian Walsh who played in the 1973 grand final team.
I was lucky enough to be coached by him in the Bendigo league in the early 90s when I was a young fella and he was a good bloke.
Sympathy to his family and friends
...questions is a philosophical component.
We had the #1 Choice of the AFL draft, and there truly was an abundance of choice . Amongst them Sam Walsh, the King brothers, Rankine, Lukosius, Bailey Smith. Arguably all could have gone number 1 in other draft years.
At the time , the Blues were...
...of a disaster leading into the season.
Obviously has a bit going on in his life so good luck to him there.

Ana Walshe, a Massachusetts mother of three and successful property developer, hasn't been seen since at least the New Year, and prosecutors have accused Brian Walshe of dismembering her and disposing of her remains.

Who will have the better career?
I've said enough about these 2.
Briefly:
Better hands and feet.
Better around the big sticks.
Freak of nature.
Nick Daicos.
Very hard choice atm, Walsh is Mr consistent and one of the best mods in the game, Brayshaw a Brownlow favourite and Rozee with the X factor attacking side to his game also now adding midfield possession to his game.
Personally I think I have Walsh in front but can’t split who I would pick...
...the draft over time to turn attention to out of contract players
starting with probably the player who will be in for the biggest pay day Sam Walsh could easily get close to 1mil a year offers at his age
blues have spent big on recruits over the last few years so might not be able to match...
Walsh has less competition for votes currently whereas bontempelli probably had his best year with players like treloar, macrae, Dunkley and smith not taking many votes off him this year. I think Walsh will be favourite in 2022.
