Shite last three quarters, and I have never - and will never - watch the game again SO can anyone with a GF Footy Record or a Rain Man-esque memory handily answer these two questions...

Who were our emergencies other than Beams, and how much time did Beams have on the ground for his zero possessions.

And - as a wildcard question - are we the only team in the modern - or any - era to have two players who didn't get a solitary disposal in a GF?

One was Simon Godfrey,as I saw him walking to the ground with his kit. Can't remember the other one though. May have been Wheatley perhaps.

Don't think Cam Mooney got a possie in the 99 GF. I seem to recall that after the 2007 GF he felt like it was his first premiership and that he didn't deserve the medal in 99. I think he was on the ground for 11 minutes or something like that.

All I remember of the 2000 GF is Whitey smashed the first bounce to CHF and Neita kicked the first point. The Scum kicked the first goal and I was too drunk to see anything after that.

It is said that Cam Mooney's best contribution to the 99 Grand Final was giving Anthony Stevens a piggy back ride around the ground after the final siren. Stevens was injured, Mooney didnt trouble the stats man.

There was a quiz question about this on SEN recently. Brisbane had two players in the 2002 GF not record a stat, Beau McDonald and Aaron Shattock. Both were injured early IIRC.

Nah, they were a pretty good side. Won a ton of games in the latter half of the season. It's just that Essendon were a star team.
