So. It was to judge on what we have seen so far.

- Russell's played two games where he had very little time on the field. So what exactly have you seen of him?
- Egan's been pushed out of a very strong Collingwood outfit and is learning his trade, like Russell, in the twos. So what exactly have you seen of him this year?
- Monfries is playing senior footy at Essendon as a small forward because basically, other than Lovett, they don't have anyone else to perform that role and he's done a decent job so far (especially given his age). So what exactly have you seen of him playing the role for which he was recruited (midfield)?

C'mon gandaal im not sticking up for essendon one bit because they'll clearly struggling big time but as the weekend showed (richmond V adelaide), the 4 points often goes to the weaker side. Yes Carlton have one 2 quality games and convincingly beat the bombers you need to relise you do barrack for the worst team in the comp. Dids4 made a valid point and rather than putting patrionism before common sense I know aswell as everyone else on this thread hes correct.
