Like I said on the posting quality thread, I'm all for getting MORE players and teams, but attempting to chop teams and players is piss weak.
As for this raving between BlueFan4 and Kerrby, FFS it's a fantasy footy game on an internet forum. It's about having FUN, why is it such a serious issue?

Peterss brings new hope to Wonders
West Coast Wonders today unveiled new 20 year old recruit Peterss until atleast the end of the current Season. His position is the half forward flank but he can also play on the wing or as a small forward.
Peterss comes from a town in Western Australia called Rockingham where he played for the Rockingam Rams Colts Side for three seasons before playing half a season for their league side last season and taking up a part time coaching role with the colts.
Peterss commented at the press conference and was quoted as saying "I am delighted to be a part of the West Coast Wonders for the coming season and i thank Kerrby for giving me the oppurtunity. It looks like a great club and i was impressed with the facilities and the playing group we have at this club and i look forward to working with the rest of the club and achieving the ultimate goal which is a premiership with the club"

Kerrby seeks capataincy
West Coast's star midfielder Kerrby feels he deserves the captaincy after the shock disappearance of the Wonders three other captains. He spoke with the press today about it.
"I just think it's the right thing to do, or as we like to say 'I wonders if it's the right thing'". said Kerrby. "Well, I can't just take captaincy but I can earn and that's what I hope to do. People can say what they like but that doesn't change the fact that we're short of leadership".
Kerrby also spoke about the Wonders getting cut.
"I don't feel that it's right to cut a dying side, you need to help it and that's what these other teams need to realise. With a little bit of support, this team can become strong again and it will survive, just wait and see."
"Just before I finish this press conference, I'd like to note that we've recruited a young excellent player with extreme talent that you should watch out for, he's name is Peterss. He'll be playing on the Half Forward Flank and you'll realise what dominance he can bring to the field".

I'm quite happy to run the recruiting part of this off season and whatever else is needed. For example, if Kerrby would like to choose the teams each week, I will do what else is needed around the club (like you said, recruting, trading).
So, what I propose is KERRBY/MATERA GOAL Co-Captains.
