Re: Round 3 Trades & Trading Strategies
Depends what you want?
Gamble should play a lot of games this year. Only problem is, he is not much of a super coach scorer. Dont think he has ever broken the 100 barrier in any career game.
With Darling, he should also play a lot of games and be a perfect cash cow. With the money you are saving on downgrading Gamble to Darling, and the money Darling is potentially going to make you, a 'premium' is a lot more achievabe.
Also, to the guys who are talking about the whole Curnow versus Liberatore dilema.
Both of them are playing well, it is only when they begin to play poorly that they should be looked at to be dropped. Think Curnow actually has the better job security. Is a more well rounded player than Mclean and is that little bit older than Liberatore who some suggest may miss this week with general soreness (just a rumor, no need to go into over drive).
Curnow is also a nominated rookie, therefore he could potentially play 22 games if his form warrants selection (at this stage it looks mighty good).
Hope this helps, before any one asks, I have both Curnow and Liberatore on my midfield bench.
Hi guys, need some advice:
is bringing Darling in for Gamble a worthwhile trade? I'll make $$ but wonder whether it's a burnt trade. I have tapscott already - Darling is the best choice at the price. Any thoughts appreciated, cheers.
