I think the regular time is 4pm Wednesdays (have noticed most going up at that time), but if they miss that time then it seems to go up on a Thursday.

Yeah really enjoyed listening to Gary O'Donnell. Always figured he'd be a senior coach one day but good on him for understanding where his talents and interests lie I guess.
