its better than some NFL facilities.
a 2 Story theater for game film.
a Barber shop with affordable prices for students [glad its not free but with what the ducks just got away with from the NCAA improper benifets for free haircuts would not even be looked at by the NCAA, they are the only thing more random than the AFL's MRP]

  • The lobby includes 64 total 55-inch televisions that can be linked to show one integrated image, or 64 individual view.
  • Double doors to each locker swing open and can then slide into the frame to eliminate barriers between lockers, another way to promote camaraderie. There is even a locker for “Uncle Phil.”
  • Mirrors in the coaches’ locker room have televisions imbedded in them.
  • A new media room that features theater-style seating, and four ‘confessional’ booths for one-on-one interactions.
  • The head coach’s office overlooks the practice field, but allows the windows to tint at the push of a button to review game film.
  • Assistant coach offices feature three 55-inch TVs along one wall, and personal photos and memorabilia along the other.
  • A lounge for players families and recruits.
  • Pool tables in the player lounge

In other College news.

There is a cool 4min video on ESPN's College football main page on HGI and the helmets they create for teams everywhere. like Oregon

The 3 students from MTSU have been dismissed after being charged for the "Choking" Video. [im Surprised that the other 2 didnt get dissmissed when Jones was. Violence against women is never good.]

Freshman DT Eddie Vanderdoes has been ruled eligible for the 2013 season, after signing his LOI for Notre Dame and then transferring, but ND release him. and on Monday Vanderdoes won his case at the NLOISC to become elegiable for the 2013 season rather than having to sit out a year as if he had lost the case.

Also, anyone have a read of this piece by Wright Thompson on Johnny Manziel?

http://espn.go.com/espn/otl/story/_...rity-derail-texas-aggies-season-espn-magazine

It's really in depth and quite interesting. Shows a good side of what he is like as a person and how hard it must be for him to dela with this new found fame.

I'm not a massive Manziel fan, but I don't hate him like some people do. Guess you can sort of take sympathy in how difficult it must be to adjust to the new found stardom at only 20 years old, but on the other hand theres always that argument of 'it comes with the territory' and if he doesn't like the attention, don't do what you do.

My question would be, that if he can't deal with being the Star QB of a college team, how's he going to go if he becomes the star QB of an NFL team?

I find it hard to find sympathy for a guy whose life is so clearly blessed and is doing everything he can to stuff it up

his family and friends are not making me feel sad for him. when his dad has him sing crap for him to sell. his dad getting banned from webistes, along with the "Johnny F***in Football" Licence plates, the sooner the better this dbag and his family are out of the media spotlight

I'll clarify what I meant. I feel sympathy for the guy in the situation he's in, with amount of pressure that he's constantly under. For a 20 year old kid, that's gotta be tough. Having to have security guards and police escorts to go places. That wouldn't be easy, no matter what dbag it is.

But what I don't feel sympathy for is the other things he does. The social media stuff, the photos drinking, gambling, the manning camp stuff. Some people don't react well to the pressure that comes with it all, some do. Manziel doesn't.

I think Ohio is to high, not a top 5 team. and Georgia is a to 3 team. and some Big12 teams too high same with USC. i will post my top 25 in before the season. and im sure Dirty Bird will do the same.

The team that stands out on that list as too low to me is UCLA. Think they'll improve on last year. They have a real QB threat in Hundley. Might be some questions over their defence (read somewhere that their secondary has a couple of new faces), but they took some real steps under Mora last year and I think that they're gonna be the main challenge to Stanford and Oregon in the Pac 12.

UCLA have won the South the last 2 years [2011 was because USC were ineligible] they are clearly the best in the South and year 2 for Mora will bring more for them. i think they are about 5 spots to low because they are not proven yet. but they are a sleeper. i also think Michigan and Northwestern are under rated. and there are some who are talking about LSU being a sleeper but i haven seen anything on them since the disappointing year last season.

but preseason polls wont mean jack in a few weeks since week 1 we have Georgia At Clemson and week 3 Alabama play A&M

Without a doubt UCLA are the best in the South. They also have a tough schedule, having to play Nebraska At Nebraska and then Stanford and Oregon in consecutive weeks.

LSU aren't a team that should be looked past easily I don't think. Last year might have been disappointing, but they still won some big games against both South Carolina and Texas A&M. I guess thats the SEC though. Need to win all of those big games to be in with a shot.

But like you said, preseason polls don't mean nothing once the season gets going. USC was no 1 last year weren't they? Look how that worked out. Notre Dame were like 25th or something in preseason last year, Auburn about the same a couple of years before I think. All changes pretty quickly.

Yeah... I'm not restricting mine to 25, I'm doing a full 125 this year ;)

im intrigued in seeing the list now.
Here's a clue
I only have 1 marked in now.
125. Georgia State.
Will do the rest over the coming weeks.

I agree Ohio St. Are probably too high for me but we will have to see. My choice to take out the SEC is Georgia and I think Florida, Alabama and Georgia are the top 3 in the SEC, meaning I think AM is rated a little too highly. If Clemson finish this season rated top 5 or even 3 I wouldn't be that surprised
