People's obsession with end of first round start of second round etc is quite funny. Pick 21 is the 21st pick regardless of what "round" it falls in.

My take: Stanley for 21 is a fair trade. Also, I'd do 1 for 4 and 7 or 1 for 2/3 and 12 if on the table, but I haven't seen a minute of the draftees play, so those decisions would have to be based on available talent and spread between talent.

Not that happy about trading Stanley, thought he was starting to live up to his potential this year, not convinced that Hickey and Longer will work as a ruck forward combo.

I guess they want to trade him while he still has value which he might not have in the future, pick 21 isn't too bad considering what he's shown so far but I'd rather keep him.

It's a very hard to fill position that is crucial in the modern game and I just feel like Stanley is about to explode after finally getting some continuity.
