38 on the Senior list, so 2 or 3 rookie picks
Nah, take a chance on him now and let him build his body without rushing him.
By the time he is ready to go we would of had another 10 to 15 players turned over on our list with some exciting mids coming along.
FA will be crucial in the next year or 2 also.

People seem to think we will promote the 2 Ciaráns and then we'd take 2 in the rookie draft?

Who is the PSD pick? Would surely be a mature aged player of an AFL list
i would think with sheehan byrne wood as rookies we would save the 2 spots for nominated rookies. means 2 rookie selections left for this year

I reckon Cunningham is a great pick.
Never paid much attention to him, but get the pill in this kid's hands 20 times a game and he will have a huge impact.
I know it's only a highlights package to go by, but everything he does is pretty much bang on.
And the opposition don't get near him.
Can't wait to see how he develops and progresses.

It was probably the same guy who's son was just drafted by us at pick 53.....
We need to develop our list internally & FAs/trades can be the icing on the cake, if needed.

Mathieson at pick 39 to Brisbane is a good pick but he'll probably request for trade in 2 years time

Wasn't big on getting McKay but after watching he's highlights reminds me a bit of a Mathew Richardson that can kick and a touch of josh Kennedy , Cunningham has some wheels too
