I'm just worried. Look at the past few years and clubs have been taking KPF ahead of better talent. McCartin is a recent example...
Let's just hope SOS really loves Weitering after all he is the best talent in the draft IMO.

Look, I was as keen on Schache as you are, but if he's not coming our way then so be it. We just have to get more contingency plans in place to continue with list rebuild. I won't mind picks 3+4 and see if we can manufacture a deal using 4 with GWS to get some players.

If AFL are going to ditch compo pick as rumoured, I would rather fleece it for all its worth and land some more talent in our list. It may not be Schache but it's not the end of the world in my opinion.

We can only draft the players available. Remember Hipwood is coming to us and he has been kicking goals in the NEAFL

Yes but given the 2 years of Aish speculation we've endured we don't want to go through that again with Weitering and Dickering

If Schack attack is picked, I want Francis. Man he looks exciting and I feel Weitering, although will be elite, is not as big a need for us than a forward/big bodied elite mid like Schache and Francis.

Regardless who ****ing cares? We will draft one of the best youngsters of the year and do all we can to make them into a player we need. How exciting is that?

I believe we are a long, long way past another youth exodus, so bring on the best available!

Plus Keays and Hipwood. Two of the best young talents Queensland has produced in quite a while.

So all South Australians are flight risks?

All three of those South-Australians are still a chance to stay (slim for Aish, maybe on Redden, maybe on Mayes).

Yep and be happy doing so. But 2 of them are contracted (Redden and Mayes) so it doesn't mean that they didn't necessarily want to leave
