He definitely does man, but pick 12 (obviously became 15 with academy picks) was overs at the time.

I still prefer Rioli long term, the one we genuinely stuffed up was Lennon instead of Cripps.

You might end up with both!

The finals are in progress and most would have had their chances at getting a grasp on many players.
I doubt that the Draft Camp will have too much influence on who you like.

Just a thought:
One could start soon and then the 'real' one, a week before the draft. The earlier one could just go two rounds. Easy.
That may have an effect of raising some interest here beyond just the top ten or so.....and by the time the draft is upon us......we'll all be experts

Still happy we passed. Didnt put us into negative points this year and we still debuted 7 kids all while finishing first on the ladder. Clearly didnr need dunkley and would be behind a few at the swans.

They did fine with their pick? Dunkley went about as high as could be expected, and suits the Dogs midfield makeup, especially considering he struggles to pick up 20 possessions.

You can't complain about a kid who played as many as Rioli did.

Looking back and... out of the 13 matches he played, he did so 6 times, and just shy another 2. Injured early in the 13th match after averaging 24 touches and a goal for the previous four games (against Brisbane, the dicks).

We're absolutely fantastic down at Richmond. Superstars on every line, I'm actually surprised we've even bothered turning up for the draft this year. They might as well give us the premiership next year, or in 2017 at the very least. Maybe both. Is a three peat in the offering?

So with that in mind we're going to have the shortest of possible views. We need inside midfielders and we think we've found one. This guy's not only ready made, he wins his own ball and, in a secret we've kept from other clubs, he's actually the Where's Wally champion of Australia so he'll be fantastic at getting the ball to our captain when we play our final next year.

Pick 15: Josh Dunkley
Inside Midfielder with the ability to get under packs and dish the ball out to better uses. Ready made and will go straight into the guts.

Can't say how much Richmond rates Dunkley but they certainly know him... I have no idea at all but I'd be a little disappointed if they took Dunkley after taking Townsend and Moore, in preference to Ah Chee who seems to be a player type that Richmond currently lacks.

Actually im pretty sure the club stocked up on picks so we have enough points to match Melbourne when they bid on Mills at 3. It will be a miracle if thay dont. Id rather take a punt on a few late picks than match any bid below 30 for Dunkley.

Just looking over an old phantom to see how we all went and I should just quote this every year because it makes me laugh.

So many posters firmly convinced Dunkley was bog average. I'm fully willing to admit that it was probably just a fluke selection on my part (My second pick has already been delisted), but it does point out how silly it is to judge how a club has performed straight after a draft.

I have to say though I'm a bit disturbed that I put the whole three peat idea out there. They didn't quite make it in 2018 but it was close

Hindsight is always great, and the other 3 should still be handy-very good players.
