But its not realistic its good in theory but clubs wont go for it unless they need the points for academy players
What. They'll do it because they have no other choice and it's ultimately what the player is worth. Those picks have value whether you understand that or not.
The academy stuff has nothing to do with it. The only way it relates is if the clubs getting multiple lower picks can on-trade those to an academy club for a higher pick at a points loss.
