Isn't Howe a free agent though or uncontracted?
Uncontracted, must be traded.

I'd do that as well.Talk that Hamish Hartlett could be traded to fit Dixon in.
I'd take him
Sam mclureDamo? sounds like rubbish he'd spiel
Geelong is still the same as Hawthorn/Essendon. Even more so with the pressure the whole town puts on their players. Not saying it's a bad thing but i think the pressure on him would be the same as the other Victorian clubs.

I'd say that's the finer details that would be stipulated in the trade.Hey guys, I'm wondering if someone can answer this for me - seeing as Bennell is on the trade table, do GC have to pay him out for the remaining 2 years he's contracted or does his destined club just pick that up and pay him as usual?
Cheers
Seems as unlikely as people talking about Bennell on our board to be honest.Sam mclure
I guess so, Geelong will need all their money for Danger anyway. Hard to tell where Harley will go.The media pressure in geelong is not nearly as much as in melb though.in melb he will barely get to sneeze without the media being on it.
You would think he goes back to wa though?
Feel much the same Sunny_My own thoughts on Harley are a bit muddled right now, but I'm pretty upset about it all. The difference between Harley and Charlie is that Charlie didn't want to be here, so he can **** right off for all I care. He chases cash, whatever.
But Harley? He loved the club. LOVED it. You speak to him and/or his family and he wanted to be a lifelong Suns player, a 10+ year star who wanted nothing more than to play for and succeed at GC. He's a young kid, but one that's made mistakes unfortunately.
I don't know what we'll get for Harley, but I do know that anything or anyone we get won't be able anyone or anything that can match Harley's talents and ability. I can't think of any other player playing right now in the league who can do what he can. This is a guy that makes Gary Ablett (in his prime) fall into second place when he's on. Nothing is going to be able to compare to what he is or what he will be. Once he gets to 100+ games, look out.
The image of Harley bursting into tears and cleaning out his locker while his friends try to comfort him is something I find incredibly upsetting, but I guess that's just because he's one of my favourites. Packing out his locker in a place he loves, a place he never thought he would ever leave.
That said, I'm happy that the club has done this and really enforced its new leadership and culture. It should open a few eyes, but I'm just shattered that it had to come at the expense of my fave in Harley. I know Rocket is extremely disappointed, as is Harley himself. Rocket really really wanted to keep him and tried so hard to stop him, but at the end of the day Harley makes his own choices.
I hope for his sake he can turn his life around.
Feel much the same Sunny_
He never beat anyone up,
I would offer our 2015 first rounder + Weller
What was the WA thing?
Wasn't he in a fight defending a family member or something?
Have to say I'm gutted
Seriously reconsidering my 2016 membership
Fremantle would need to hand over Lachie Neal for that to work.
We won't accept pick 17 surely.
Fingers crossed he does love us. And doesn't nominate W.C Freo or the Hawks
I'd take this.I would offer our 2015 first rounder + Weller
