That's Bowes, the GC academy boy. Potentially top 5 talent.bee watching for about 5 minutes... number 3 for QLD looks really good. A class above the rest of them.
you can see why. Creates a lot of time for himself, clean with ball in hand and uses the right option. EDIT: and right on queue reads the ball straight from a boundary throw in and gets a great clearance that leads to a goal. That's Bowes, the GC academy boy. Potentially top 5 talent.
It appears that early on this season, with a long way too go, Lions fans who take an interest in the draft are split with half very keen on Brodie and half very keen on Petrevski-Seton. I will wait until after the Champs to decide who I prefer and it could be a player outside of these 2 but it is looking likely that we will have another top 4 draft pick this season so we will be in the mix to get these kind of blokes. I haven't seen enough from Brodie but from what I've seen of SPS he is a very, very exciting talent and our list really lacks players like him. I have seen posters mention that they would prefer Brodie because our list lacks contested ball winners and I presume they see SPS as a largely outside player with pace and excellent foot skills which he does possess but SPS also cracks in, wins his own ball and tackles hard. He isn't an inside beast by any means but I don't think he will struggle to win the contested ball.
Hugh McCluggage is another exciting prospect and with our list lacking young, quality midfielders I expect the club to be monitoring all three of Brodie, SPS and McCluggage quite closely at this early stage.
Club is as usual, monitoring hundreds of players, especially so early on in the year.
I've got McCluggage as #1.
Where do you have Brodie?
Yes obviously. I was merely pointing out that I expect the club to be monitoring those three quite closely as they all look like top prospects and we are shaping up as one of the sides that will have a top draft pick.Club is as usual, monitoring hundreds of players, especially so early on in the year.

do you do a phantom draft on BF? can't find it, would be very interested to have a look.Club is as usual, monitoring hundreds of players, especially so early on in the year.
