PAC have a few to keep a close eye on. Hugo Barry could be special.

Grants old man was a former Footscray,Centrals, woodville player about 6ft 2 or 3 and can run but McCabe was a similar build and could run all day also not heavy kids huge endurance on them

Not sure on Haywood stacks up against these forwrads they just maybe kicked more goals

Thats the one. Was really impressive when i watched him. No-one could stop him. Big, strong, good hands, good kick.
Not sure about his actual height, might not be big enough at AFL level to play key forward.

If we have an agreement to have Greenwood on the rookie list still and he is happy to stay there, then no problem. With his talent though, he will need to be upgraded at some stage.

I guess if we get Jarman, we really only add two speculative picks in to the squad, so it isn't too bad.

I heard about McCabe but didn't get to see much of him. Grant I'm not sure about either.
I know Hayward played quite a few different roles, so didn't sit in the forward line all that much

understand the benefits of the Cat B rules but I agree that he might get sniffed out by other clubs if we don't look after him.

at an absolute minimum I'd be guaranteeing him the mid-season upgrade just personally.

You'd know more than I in that regard, but he seemed to be playing Forward for SA at the carnival and was very impressive to my eye in that role..

Probably the standout key forward for the 2017 draft. Darcy Fogarty from Glenelg is a key forward who has shown some strong signs at the Under 18 championships and SANFL Under 18’s. This year he has shown recruiters that he’s a really smart forward who marks well above his head and runs extremely well but its leading patterns which make him special. Fogarty has a massive forward IQ and often loses his opponents using smart leads to create space. This has allowed him to kick bags this year for both Glenelg and South Australia. Another strength is his really good set shot technique. Fogarty is a dead eye in front of goal and with the amount of ball he’s delivered, he’s unlikely to not capitalise. One this that will hold him back is his height, he’s very small for a key forward. At 190 cm, taller defenders will have an advantage in the air making it unlikely for him to hold down the Number one forward spot. On the plus side we could see Fogarty create match-up problems as a second or third tall and potentially see him pinch in the midfield with his athletic profile. Fogarty is a solid bet up forward and looks likely to be a solid contributor at AFL level.

Still has improvement in him though, one of his main issues is endurance, which, again, can be easily fixed at our club. Certainly knows how to hit the scoreboard, may be able to turn into a Jake Stringer type?

Mate I've seen him play up close, he is not even in the same street as Jake Stringer, nowhere even close for explosiveness, He's already built like a brick shithouse and the reason he hits the scoreboard is all down to out muscling and out bodying the other kids up forward, that's not going to happen in the AFL. He's Mitch Grigg without the kicking skills and he can't get a game with us.
