Is our state government throwing money into this venture. They always seem to give the PAP's a handout. I never hear the Crows getting handouts.

They will probably hold some state investment convention at the same time. Which is smart but as far as the game goes, the jury is out.

If Paul Stewart was an afc player he would most likely be a 200 game player.
Very much doubt that. Thing is he gives alot more effort than most of his team-mates.

Will be another handy addition to the Choke..... err Woodville-West Torrens next year.

Yeah, I can just hear a convention being planned, a trade mission selling all our resources and farms and buying wind generators. The travelling party will coincidently just all happen to be PAP supporters.

YES - more than $1M directly and indirectly of our resources contributed to this whole affair

This will go well.

**MOD NOTICE**

It appears Graham Cornes accidently tweeted out his phone number.

We can't have that on the site, but well done to Pdub for being smart enough to get a screenshot before the tweet is inevitably deleted.

And no, it was not 0404 000 001 in keeping with his age

And yes, it was the real number, i just had a chat with him for a couple of minutes. *yikes*

ha ha, no i told him he'd tweeted his number, he said SEN has asked for it, he'd deleted it, he asked who i was and where i was from, i said i was a mod on BF, that we'd taken his number down immediately, and i asked if he'd got much harassment yet, he said no, and he wasn't too concerned.

He was rather pleasant and a gentleman throughout, as you'd expect.

Probably would have been different if it was on the Port board.

Why the hell did you keep Hodges on the bench for the 2nd half of the '93 prelim?! Don't you have any brains?! We were killing them! Shut up shop and went into preservation mode

Since the AFL has allowed Port to roll the salary of their drug cheats into the next year, clubs who don't intend to spend their full salary cap should have gone after Lachie Whitfield. Might have got him cheap with the ban hanging over his head and he would allow them to both rollover their salary cap and bring in a gun player ready for once his ban ends.

Just as well it wasn't Rooch...

Rooch would just be happy to receive texts and calls.
Like his twitter account ;)

PS. I'm not on twitter, but how many posters has he blocked....

He is actually as you say a very friendly guy, I do see him occasionally at my gym always saying hello and smiling when approached by anyone.

I've met him a couple of times and he's a great bloke.
Once I saw him accidentally take out an old lady while walking and he was genuinely so damn sorry, apologetic and embarrassed. But as you say he is a good bloke.

Not sure I could say the same about his eldest son.

Chad or Kane (I don't which is the elder)? What happened when you met him?

You don't even need to antagonize him. You could just send him something, doesn't even have to be negative and he'll send a bizarre tweet back and block you.
If only I had that luxury when moderating this board to block his regular whiney emails...

You're a dork, Dangerfield. Go shopping for white jeans and umbrellas with James Aish in Chapel St and spare us from your "look at me look at me" girly social media crap.
