Also not sure if any of you have popped over to the Suns board, but they have some of the best supporters going around I recon. I think he's the best key forward in the comp after Kennedy. He's gonna punish teams for the next 8+ years.

Yeah, it's an area of the ground we have zero competition for spots in. Even if we do get Mccarthy, he'll need help and I would have as much/more confidence in Shaw than Tabs.

If history is anything to go by he'll go 2 picks before one of our picks and then in 12 months time when he's kicking goals at another AFL club we'll be saying why did we give Tanner another year when we could've given this bloke a go on the rookie list.

With a year of WAFL condition under his belt he will handle AFL level better.

He could have broken down all year with the physical demands at the top level but I'm hopeful he gets a second chance.
