Casboult improved so much this last year on his goal kicking conversion. 34 goals 18 is not too bad. Hopefully he can keep that conversion rate up over the next couple of years.

My biggest disappointment with Casboult this year was some of the second and third efforts that he didn't put in. I remember a few goals scored against us because Casboult just let a player run around him without putting on too much pressure.
yep, basically every player is a backman - nice change from 22 midfielders.....

David Teague will be the greatest addition to our forward line next year, going to take us leaps and bounds in our offensive game

Agreed.

I think our off field recruiting will end up being just as important or even more so than our actual list changes this off season.

Teague and Bruce should provide quite a bit, plus we have more development coaches.

you were going so well.....
Thanks mate, hope the grammmer was ok
Nothing against Levi, he takes a great mark, but he has too many deficiencies for an AFL player and he has cost us several games.
With time Weiters will become a very good forward and given the plethora of backmen at our disposal, now is the time to try McKay, C Curnow and Weiters together in the forward line.
Play Casboult in the two's at the start of season and it will send a message that no one is gifted a game at the Navy Blues

I find watching our forward line is quite offensive already...

Anyway it is all a mute point as in a year or two when we are closer to being a contender his time shall have passed and we playing the likes of McKay, Curnow, Silvagni's or Kerr's and no place for him when they all matured.

Agreed. How many times did Levi kill our momentum by not kicking straight. For us to go to another level and win those tight matches we need a better replacement. Atm there's young McKay, Kerr and the experiment of weitering forward (and Rowe a couple of years ago). I think weitering has looked the most dangerous out of the lot. He's a straight kick, and can take a mark..a bit of the Harry Taylor mould, can go forward but is a natural defender. I think we're all crossing our fingers that McKay has a break out year. We need it.
Kerridge killed our momentum v melb.
When hes not in our best 28 we will b where wevwant 2 b

Murphy did that as well during the last quarter of that game. Happens to all players from time to time.
No
Kerridge ****ed up twice..school boy errors.
Hes a turn over merchant..plain and simple.
Yes he runs all day but his decision making and dispposal is shit. Its why he struggked for games last season and when he did played alot of tagging games. Graham is the same.
They r only still on list cause he had 2 get rid of plenty if other duds first

Bit harsh, Kerridge had 35 touches against Melbourne and was almost best on ground. He's not an A grader and he does make mistakes, but he's reliable, runs all day and will need to step up even more with the loss of Gibbs

So many times I have watched the ball get in to our forward line and I wondered what the hell we would do with it.

If you haven't seen Murphy turn the ball over twice in a game then you don't watch too much footy.

As for that bit about *******most of his kicks up, exageration seems to be an art form of yours.

Our midfield options in 2018 will be Cripps Murphy Curnow Kennedy Lang SPS Pickett Charlie Polson Fisher Cuningham Pick 3 Pick 10 maybe Pick 30. Kerridge will need to improve his disposal to get a spot.

If he does then great as he will have earned it

I see your point, but he stepped up when Patty and Ed were out and he does cover both ends of the ground well. Definitely needs to clean up his disposal, but he's still only 24 and with Gibbs gone, we need him to keep improving
