No issues picking up a DFA...can only back them in if that's the way SOS and Bolts decide to go. Though, given the premium we appear to place on competitiveness and ball use no one immediately jumps out.
Suban would be the nearest for mine. Neat kick, can play back or through the middle, tackles well and often, and Lyon has a history of pulling the plug a little early on some of his vets.

White, Smedts and Boekhorst goneski.
Wow, SOS is ruthless.. I wasn't expecting three further cuts, one max! I thought Boek could have got another year.

List loggers getting chopped everywhere, love it. Well done to White, made a good career from a rookie list, Smedts was always crap and no-one was happy when we selected Boekhurst with a first round draft pick - never looked like making it.

Gorringe, Korcheck, Smedts, Boekhorst, Palmer, Buckley, Jaksch, Sheehan, Sumner, Gallucci. Graham may keep a spot?

I expected us to keep Boekhurst to be honest. Played some okay footy towards the end of the year. Smedts and White would have only been depth next year.
Surely we are taking a DFA or two now.

Disappointed that Boek didn't get another year. I really thought he'd become best 22.
Does this mean Graham has survived? If so, kinda happy for him.

Seriously gobsmacked that Graham gets a contract before Boek, very surprised. The other two were inevitable.

No surprises with White and Smedts, but really thought Boekhorst had played pretty well in his last few games which perhaps merited another year.
That sucks, can't be any worse than Smedts surely?
